Title of goods

Ownership of the goods supplied in accordance with this contract will only pass to the purchaser when all monies due to Crossbrook Furniture Ltd. have been
received in our bank account.
 
If the goods are fitted into a building or any work carried out on the goods by a third party they must be fully insured to cover the costs of any damage to our goods.
 
Under no circumstances can you transfer the goods (THE TITLE OF THE GOODS) to a third party until we have received payment in full including any VAT for the
said goods.
 
Goods delivered for incorporating into a building remain the property of Crossbrook Furniture Ltd until payment has been received in full.  Service connections by third parties will be permitted as will use of the items by a third party during the defects liability period.  but goods must be fully insured by the user, for their full value.
 
Under no circumstances will Crossbrook Furniture Ltd be responsible for making good damage to the structure or services of the building occasioned by the removal of our goods from the building due to payment conditions not being fulfiled.
 

Recovery of goods

In the event that the purchaser goes into administration receivership, liquidation or bankruptcy-owing unpaid contract debts to Crossbrook Furniture Ltd. or fails to pay any invoice presented for goods supplied within 30 days of its receipt Crossbrook Furniture shall have the right.
 
A To repossess all goods supplied by Crossbrook Furniture ltd to the purchaser,
 at any time whether payment on account has been made or not.
 
B To take possession and sell any goods into which the goods supplied by Crossbrook Furniture Ltd have been incorporated.
 
C and the purchaser for itself its receivers manager liquidators or trustees in bankruptcy grants to Crossbrook Furniture Ltd. irrevocable license to enter the premises in which the goods are located for the purpose of such repossession or possession.
 

Delivery of goods

Delivery of goods will be made to the nearest weather proof point.
On occasions assistance from purchaser may be be required to help with the
off-loading and placing in a weather protected area of certain items.  Free delivery within 150 mile radius of our base in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
 

Colour reproduction  

Crossbrook Furniture take great care with the colours used in the collections. 
The limitations of print production may mean a slight variation.  Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate.
