Terms & Conditions
All our items are manufactured to order, if goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery we will exchange the product. Cancelled or returned items will incur a restocking charge as detailed below.
Tables – 50% of the invoiced price of the item (please note we will only restock beech or cream tops).
All other furniture – 30% of the invoice price of the item.
Collections will be free of charge within 100 miles mainland of SG12 0HJ, if out of this range there will be a collection charge as well as a restocking fee.
To restock an item it must be reported within 5 working days of receipt and must be in an original condition.
Delivery varies throughout the year. Our normal delivery period is 4 weeks, although we do try and cater for special instances. As we supply to schools the summer holidays is always very popular and we have to increase our delivery period to 6 weeks.
Our items all come pre-assembled so you don't have to waste time putting them together. We will always deliver to the nearest point undercover. If you live in a flat please make sure that there is enough room up stairwells etc.
It is very rare but if an item is faulty notify driver immediately and this will be taken back immediately or send letter, fax or email within 3 days of delivery. If damage is repairable on site we will repair if not the item will be replaced.
