Do you supply and deliver to the public?
We do supply to the general public but we do request that a mobile phone number is left so we can arrange delivery when you are at home.
How Much is delivery?
Delivery is free within a 150 mile radius of hertford, Hertfordshire. That takes you as far north as Manchester. We can still delivery further but there will be an extra charge. Please call 01992 557018 for charge.
You can return unwanted goods as long as they are undamaged and we are notified within 3 days. Collection cost will be 75p per mile round trip from our factory in Hertford. Item will be credited less 15% restocking charge.
Delivery varies throughout the year. Our normal delivery period is 4 weeks, although we do try and cater for special instances. As we supply to schools the summer holidays is always a problem and we have to increase our delivery period to 6 weeks.
Do our items come pre-assembled?
Our items all come pre-assembled so you don't have to waste time putting them together. We will always deliver to the nearest point undercover. If you live in a flat please make sure that there is enough room up stairwells etc.
What happens if an item in faulty?
It is very rare but if an item is faulty notify driver immediately and this will be taken back immediately or send letter, fax or email within 3 days of delivery. If damage is repairable on site we will repair if not replaced.
